The 2012-13 Channel Islands Premier League is the second season of Top flight football in the Channel Islands.
The Champions will qualify for the 2013-14 UK Cup First Round whilst 2nd Place will enter the UK Cup at the Second Qualifying Round. The winners of the 2012-13 CI Cup will enter a play off with the winners of the Channel Islands Fair Play Award for a place in the 1st Qualifying round of the Europe Cup.

Trinity Royals and Guernsey Rovers have been promoted to the league after finishing 1st and 2nd in last seasons First Division. They replace St Helier Albion and St Peter FC, who finished 7th and 8th last season and were relegated to the First Division.
